Q: Can I use cash to pay for my membership?
A: Unfortunately no. Membership requires a credit card to be on file.

Q: Who is RepeatMD?
A: RepeatMD is a vendor we partnered with to provide an updated platform for membership, rewards and financing all inside a customized app for an elevated user experience.

Q: Can I bank my monthly credit?
A: Yes you absolutely can! You have the option to choose a monthly treatment or bank the $229 into a "beauty bank" for future use.

Q: Can a friend/family member use my membership on my behalf?
A: Unfortunately no. The membership is for each individual only and not transferrable.

Q: Can I hold/pause my membership?
A: We can hold/pause your membership for up to 3 months. Please email info@artistrywellnesshawaii.com to request membership hold/pause.
Q: After my membership is cancelled, if and when I restart, am I bound to the three months contract again?
A: Yes the membership will be treated like a new membership.
